Our TFI series steam generators comply with the European Directive 2014/68/EU and represent the latest generation of steam boilers. They are designed according to the most advanced technological standards and manufacturing processes, including:
A wet-bottom design with no refractory materials, reducing maintenance costs, minimizing heat loss through radiation, and preventing overheating of the rear tube plate
Eccentrically positioned furnace (lowered toward the bottom) to enhance water circulation and increase steam chamber volume
Absence of tubes in the lower section to facilitate water-side cleaning
A large combustion chamber to improve efficiency and meet environmental emission standards
A front hatch with visible air space and water recirculation from the generator
Three-pass flue gas path: the first two inside the furnace, and the third in the tube bundle, for improved heat exchange
Large-diameter casing with inspection ports for easy access
The generator is mounted on a robust iron base frame with section bars that support the feed systems. The electrical control panel is secured on a sturdy steel angle bracket. The smoke chamber is fixed to the boiler body and designed for easy opening. The flue outlet is located at the rear of the boiler, but an upper outlet configuration is available upon request.
